Rotary 11 is a Wire Harness Assembly Line formed by a dynamic carousel-like structure. Trays move in control over the defined working areas, by sliding on low-speed rails. Support and sliding structure is flexible and modular allowing prompt setup adjustments.

  • Standard dimensions (height 1.5 m ; length variable up to 4.5 m; width 0.7 to 1.2 m).

  • Working area with regular inclination.
  • Conveyance on low speed rails.  
  • Line movement according to start-stop principle with variable drive controlled speed (1m/min to 4m/min).
